We conduct regular property inspections. These vary in frequency depending on the needs of the property. The purpose of our inspections is to identify issues at an early stage and react accordingly.
These inspections are used to take regular meter readings, check bin stores, ensure that there are no personal items left in communal hallways and to check the overall condition of communal areas.
We then work closely with our clients, keeping them advised and always informed. As a result any actions required can be planned effectively and in a timely manner.
In our experience, developments often have issues with parking. As a result of residents parking in the wrong bays, abandoning vehicles or unknown vehicles parking in resident bays, tensions can evolve.
We are proactive in dealing with issues as they arise furthermore work with you to develop workable solutions for residents.

We can efficiently provide the leasehold or freehold enquires pack for sellers. All the information asked for in the LPE1 and LPE2 law society forms in blocks where we manage the management company, can be provided.
Fees are £300 inclusive of VAT for a Leasehold Enquires Pack, £180 inclusive of VAT for a Freehold Enquiries Pack.

Our properties are maintained by a team of reliable contractors. Each building has its own rota for regular internal cleaning, litter picking, gardening and general maintenance checks.
The various safety inspections for fire alarm systems, smoke detectors, emergency lighting and electrical safety checks are all organised by us and conducted by specialist suppliers as required.
We operate a strict policy to deal with any fly tipping, contaminated waste or untidy exterior communal areas.
In our experience, residents will generally strive to maintain the communal areas where it is evident that the management company invest in day-to-day maintenance.
